Donor Support Representative - (Hybrid | 30 hrs/week)

About the Role

We are seeking Donor Support Representatives to support a national fundraising event by connecting with participants and helping them succeed in their campaigns. This is a mission-driven, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys making an impact through meaningful conversations.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to event participants to:
    • Thank them for their involvement
    • Provide general support and answer questions
    • Address concerns and collect feedback
  • Serve as a fundraising ambassador by encouraging participants and helping them reach their goals
  • Process donations and accurately enter data into systems
  • Navigate multiple tools and databases efficiently
  • Support a high volume of daily interactions (100+ participants/day)
  • Deliver excellent service while handling a range of participant needs

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, empathetic approach and strong phone presence
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in high-stress situations
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or GED

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours/week)
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week (schedule coordinated with leadership)

Training

  • Structured onboarding including organization overview and event education
  • System and calling platform training
  • Transition to live calls during second week
